Shipping Information

At Aliangé Skincare, we value the trust you place in our products and are committed to delivering your order with the utmost care and efficiency.

Shipping within Australia

  • Flat Rate: $15.00 (GST included) for orders up to 3kg.
  • Delivery Options: We use Australia Post, typically delivering within three (3) business days to most regions. For remote or out-of-zone locations, we provide an Australia Post Express service.

International Shipping

  • Service: All international orders are shipped via Australia Post using their International Express service.
  • Cost: Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your package.

Returns Policy: Our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction and skin health are our absolute priorities. We stand behind the clinical efficacy of our formulations, which is why we proudly offer a 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us at.

  • The 90-Day Promise: You have up to 90 days from the date of receiving your order to trial the products and notify us if they are not meeting your expectations.
  • Return Assessment: Because skincare is highly individual, we manage returns on a case-by-case basis. This allows us to directly address your specific skin concerns, provide professional advice, and ensure you find the right solution.
  • Shipping Damage: If your product arrives faulty or damaged during transit, please notify us within seven (7) days of receiving your package so we can resolve the issue immediately.
  • Adverse Reactions: While our products are formulated to the highest clinical standards, individual sensitivities can occur. If you experience an unexpected adverse reaction, please discontinue use immediately and contact us to discuss a prompt refund or exchange.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact Us: Email customerservice@aliange.com.au to initiate your return under the 90-Day Guarantee.
  2. Include Your Invoice: Please include a printed copy of your original invoice or order confirmation inside the return package.
  3. Return Postage: Return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a trackable shipping service and retaining your courier receipt. We do not refund return postage.
  4. Processing & Refunds: Once your returned items are received at our clinic, we will process your return within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be issued directly to your original payment method.
