Dr. Alison Jamieson MBBS, FRACGP, Dip Derm

Dr. Alison Jamieson is one of Australia's most respected authorities in non-surgical cosmetic dermatology. She has dedicated her life to aesthetic medicine, working full-time in the specialty for more than four decades.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Queensland in 1985, Dr. Jamieson spent four years training at the Royal Brisbane and Wesley hospitals before obtaining her Fellowship in General Practice (FRACGP). She further specialised her expertise by completing a Graduate Diploma in Dermatology at Monash University.

Dr. Jamieson attended the very first laser conference in Melbourne in 1994, positioning her at the forefront of what would become a rapidly expanding medical field. She has been a faculty member of the Allergan Medical Institute for over 15 years, training other medical professionals in advanced injectable techniques.

Operating from her flagship practice, Aliangé Skin Clinics in Queensland, Dr. Jamieson observed a consistent gap in the market: consumers were mixing and matching products without a biological strategy, leading to compromised skin barriers and underwhelming results.
