Your skin cells already contain the gene responsible for one of the most significant findings in longevity research. It is called FOXO3a, and it has been studied extensively over the past two decades — not in cosmetic laboratories, but in the context of human ageing.
A meta-analysis of 11 studies involving 5,241 participants confirmed a consistent association between specific FOXO3a variants and human lifespan.
