I’m 60 and having living most of my life in the Top End I have developed age spots on my arms, back of hands and face. Can you please recommend a treatment.
They are a common problem we see from sun exposure. I would advise see a dermatologist or cosmetic doctor to check the lesions aren’t cancerous and then consider light based therapies-Ie IPL or laser to remove them you should apply and antioxidant serum and broad spectrum sunscreen every morning and at night use your lightening serum and Vitamin A cream, this will improve the appearance of the lesions too.
