Is it safe to have fillers on the temple area? Will that also help with the extra skin above the eye lid?

Filler in the temple area is one of the most risky for vascular events (that can in the worst case scenario lead to blindness) so should only ever be considered with a doctor with many years of experiencing in injecting dermal fillers. It can reduce the hollow in the temple area if sunken from age or weight loss. This creates a beautifaction of the eye and cheek area and helps to elevate the lateral eyebrow and improve the appearance of any inferior eye bag. However it will have very little effect on the skin of the upper eyelid skin if becoming excessive. This is better treated surgically with a qualified surgical person such as a plastic surgeon, oculoplastic surgeon or specialist ophthalmologist.
